Up for grabs is a 1960 Ford Truck with a 292 Y block and a 5 speed with granny gear manual tranny. Got a lot of new parts and a lot of old ones as well. Put in a Pertronix ignitor and coil earlier this week along with cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. Flushed the engine with ATF and cleaned out the oil pan so theres a new gasket. New gas tank, Clutch Master and Slave cylinder, alternator, battery, battery leads, valve cover gaskets, radiator hoses, thermostat, radiator cap, starter solenoid, ignition switch, air cleaner, and probably some stuff I'm forgetting. The carb was rebuilt but is still a little temperamental sometimes, the brakes work but need work. The transmission syncros are a little worn and there is a little grinding between first and second if your not going the right speed for the shift. You have to learn how to drive it like that or just shift to third not to hard to figure out. The body has some rust but this old steel can be brought back around like it's nothing and you could shape this thing up in a jiff or just toughen up and drive as is. The cab has F-600 badges I don't really know if it is or not it looks like the F-100 to me so... All in all you get a good truck you can drive as is or fix up easily you get one heck of a starting point with all the new motor components.
