Vehicle Detail
1934 Ford 5 window coupe for sale. All original Henry Ford steel. The car was built in San Pedro, California back in the mid-1960's and not much has been done to it since then aside from new tires and disc brakes up front. The body is very straight and has no dents in it. The paint is okay but has started to crack and chip a little bit on the trunk lid and lower panel under it. I have looked it over and have not seen any rust aside from a little on the bottom of the front windshield frame. The grill is straight and original too. It has a 327 small block chevy motor out of a 1963 Corvette and the transmission is a powerglide. The car runs and drives good. The lights all work and it even has blinker turn signals and a horn. There is a ton of chrome on it that polishes up nicely with some steel wool. It is currently registered and has a clear California title. If you would like to see the car before bidding that would be fine. Please feel free to ask any questions! Thanks. And yes, it is registered as a 1934 Ford.Next, as you can see, I have added two more picture of the bottom of the doors. Most of the questions were regarding the condition of the body so I went over it better with a fine toothed comb and discovered a few small bubbles in the bottom of the passenger side door. I had to angle the sunlight and position of the car for them to be apparent in the picture but hopefully you can see them. The other door and the rest of the body is nice. There is no dents and I checked the inside of the doors and quarter panels for rust or patch panels and there is none. I used a flashlight to look in to the bottom of the passenger door behind the small bubbles in the paint and did not see any signs of rust in there. The motor and transmission does not need any type of work that I am aware of, it runs and drives great. The driver and passenger doors do not have windows, it looks as if they might have broke because I pulled pieces of glass from the doors when I was looking for rust and patch panels (which there was none). The other glass is all there and the garnish moldings have all been chromed.I do not have a buy it now price and I am not interested in ending the auction early.I have had a few people look at the car before bidding, and I would recommend that all those who live close by do so.Thanks and good luck bidding. Someone's going to have a bunch of fun with this car!
