This classic 1940 Special was abandoned on our RV storage lot. We have the lien papers, and it is ready to sell. The buyer is responsible for shipping. I am requiring a 200.00 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction, full payment within 3 day of the close of auction, and the car needs to be shipped within 7 days of the close of the auction. The car has been in our warehouse for a couple of years. The body appears to be almost complete with all the glass in tact. There is no motor or transmission as you can see in the pictures.
