Up for sale an exceedingly rare 1972 Mazda Cosmo Sports L10B. The car was imported from Japan, following a nerve wrecking exportation procedure, and it is now registered in Greece, with Greek historic plates. The car can be sold anywhere in the world, it is custom cleared in Europe and considered a European car now. The car is very correct and original in every detail. The only notable exception being the wheels which are not the correct 15'' steel wheels but period correct Wolfrace 14''. Other than that, the car is an exceptionally nice driver quality vehicle. Everything is working on it, including the factory fitted A/C. The paint is not show quality but to me, it is more than acceptable for a car to be regularly enjoyed. The engine is the original correct type L10A, a rare feature even on the few surviving ones. Engine and gearbox have been rebuilt in Japan back in 2007 with very limited mileage since. There are receipts exceeding $10.000 (in Japanese). The car was featured on February 2011 edition of Japanese Car and Driver. I have a reproduction brochure, the original and rare book written on the Cosmo and RX-7 as well as, some spares including a fan belt and a spare gas cap with lock. The car does not have a matching spare wheel and the cover on the rear shelf between the speakers is missing.
