It starts easily, runs, and drives. It skips when it is cold and needs a major tune up. The A/C is cold. This was turned in to reduce the fleet. The brake booster has a vacuum leak when applied - The brakes work eventually, but will not stop when you first press down on the pedal. It is not safe to take on the road. This has not been repaired and is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please be prepared to tow this truck from our lot.
