Well geuss I need to sell my toy. Its a 1966 Galaxie 500xl. Meaning big block ie 390. Xl stands for buckets. Its loaded factory ac. Power windows power locks. power steering and brakes. Power top. Car has been restored late 80s. Needs some atention all around. Runs and drives great. stops like it should drums all the way around. You have to plan ahead alittle. Ok not perfect. Most likly needs a complete restor but does drive. Lets start with the exterior. Paint is thick and there is chips and scratches but little to no rust. All the trim and chrome is there some pitting but all there. Now the interior front seats are split and cracked. Online they are $250. Carpet is faided almost white. On line $150 $200. Top goes up and down but top fabric is trash. Its online for $350. Windows work when they want to. All the lights work. Steering wheel needs horn put back on. I could go on and on. Ok for the rust very little, Floor is solid trunk is too. Basicly drive and restor or to a total body off. Also have no idea why the grill and the trunk are for a standard 500. This is a 500xl.
