For sale by owner, a gorgeous Mugello Blue, 2008 Audi RS4 with Premium Package (see photo of window sticker for complete list of features). The balance of the manufacturer's warranty and the Audi Care Warranty are in effect. This single owner car is garaged, smoke free, accident free and has no known mechanical defects. All service and maintenance have been performed by an Audi dealer with the records available for review. Every attempt has been made to disclose the true condition of the vehicle. The car is in very good condition but does have minor, cosmetic scratches and dings that you would typically expect on a used vehicle. Most of these blemishes are limited to the front air dam and fenders (see close-up photo of passenger side front fender). 3 of the 19" OEM wheels have mild curb rash. The car is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties being relied upon by bidders in making bids. The successful high bidder must submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, the seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
