HERE WE ARE AGAIN AFTER AN EBAYER BID 13 TIMES ON OUR CAR AN WINS IT AND THEN SAYS I DIDN'T THINK I WAS GOING TO WIN!! AND DECIDES NOT TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE TRANSACTION. FOR SALE 1984 VW GTI We bought this GTI a year ago from an Ebayer in California. When we recieved the GTI it was equipped with a 2.0L crate motor with a 1.8L head the car had and still has the original paint .The GTI had no power for all the mods that were performed by the original owner so we started from scratch by tearing down the motor reringing it adding a G-grind cam a 1 5/8 stainless header along with a full stainless exhaust, we then machined the CIS box to 80mm with a3.5 degree taper and radiuses on top for better airflow, we also took an Audi 5000 Turbo throttle body and CNC'd it for maximun air VELOCITY. We installed a new fifth injector and wired it properly to the throttle body solenoid switch( WOW SHE IS FAST) The original owner had installed front and rear STRUT BRACES along with ane A-ARM BRACE under the car.We replaced the broken dasn with a MINT BLUE DASH along with mk3 GTI front and rear seats now that we were satisfied with the interior we decided to add new STAINLESS ADJUSTABLE COILOVERS to have better control on setting the GTI for cornering.While the motor was out we blanchard ground and machined the FLYWHEEL and installed a performance CLUTCH. This GTI was bought and fixed to the next level for our son, now that he lost his license he lost his car too!!! The GTI starts on first rotation and pulls like the devil to 7000RPM, i mean she is extremely fast for a naturally aspirated car. The GTI has front slotted and grooved rotors with ceramic brake pads while the rear sports all new wheel bearings and shoes for braking. We replaced the stck steering wheel with a MK1 scirocco steering wheel what a difference!! Finally we added 4 new plugs cap and rotor and relocated the O2 sensor on the header for proper readings. Well we have done our best to give the best description of this amazing 1984 VW GTI so PLS bid with confidence as you will see by our feedback we are sraight forward people just giving people what we would expect in a product. The GTI has 2 full binders of reciepts from the last owner and us between the first owner and us we have way over $10,000.00 invested in this POCKET ROCKET but today we will be offering this GTI to the last bidder with no reserve so GOODLUCK BID BUY AND ENJOY! This GTI is being sold locally and we reserve the right to end this auction at anytime if it sells locally no warranty is or was implied in regards to this 1984 VW GTI!! This GTI is worth alot of money never mind all the wrenching that 2 different owners put into the GTI it is one awesome car, mechanically nothing was comprimised she was given the best. Whoever buys this GTI is getting an awesome car that's all we can say!! Included in the purchase will also be the original Snow Flake rims plus a stock 1.8L Throttle body and an extra Audi 5000 Throttle and a complete CIS box bored out to 80mm just the same way as a Porsche 930 also an extra white driversw door complete mirror and the winner will get a Castrol 10W60 oil change which is the ultimate racing oil!!!!!! I will also install a car alarm with a remote and door lock actuators into the deal !!!!!!!!! Just to let everyone know that it is 10W60 synthetic oil. I also will include the Techtonics cast iron dual pipe exhaust maniflod just to make some lucky Ebayer even happier, you will get a brand new spare lower control arm always good to have and finally a complete set of Neuspeed lowering springs which can be used on another VW or you can trade/sell them because everyone want Neuspeed lowering springs. I was going to do a seperate auction for all the extra's but decided to give the winner of this POCKET ROCKET all this as a BONUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
