Interior - perfect. No scratches on anything, no wear on the leather, no malfunctions or defects at all - still has that BMW new leather smell. Navigation system has brand new 2011 software DVD’s for both East and Western United States / Canada and Mexico. The M-Sport steering wheel is in as new condition and there is no wear on any of the controls. The heads up display and the voice command system is really good on this car. Might seem like a gimmick but in use it’s excellent. It allows you to keep your eyes on the road as it displays all speed data and also navigation data in the windshield. I have found the voice command system to be better than any I’ve ever used before. I’ve got a British accent and it understand me perfectly! :-) The stereo rocks! 6-disc in-dash CD changer, Ipod AUX input (you can see my white iPod cable in the photos) - the sound is awesome from this premium logic-7 BMW system. Exterior - perfect. No scratches, pin dents, scrapes at all. Paint is less than 1 month old. Mechanicals - perfect. The engine, transmission and driveline is 100% perfect. Plenty of extra power over a standard 545i thanks to K&N filters, Bosch spark plugs and M5 true twin exhaust system. This is a small point but makes a huge difference - I had a brand new HUD OEM BMW windshield installed too and having a brand new windshield on a car makes it feel brand new! I purchased this car in November of last year from a dealer in Utah. I paid higher than normal prices for it because it was in the color I wanted and also had all the options - especially the HUD and NAV systems. Since then I took off the standard wheels and replaced them with BMW M5 rims and tires, had the full OEM BMW M5 M-tech bodykit installed along with exhaust, added the newer LCI LED rear tail lamp clusters and repainted the car. This has taken some time to complete and was done by either BMW themselves and/or their/other bodywork shop. All work is completed to a very high standard - this car is A1 in appearance and condition, I will include all the original receipts with the car. You would never know it’s a 2005 from looking at it or driving it. There isn’t a rattle or bad noise anywhere, everything behaves as it should and the driving experience is excellent. It runs about 20-25mpg around town - I’ve never really taken it out on a long run but I’m sure it would settle to about 28mpg on the freeway. This is pretty good when compared to the 11mpg the M5 does! It has just had a full service by Nalley BMW in Atlanta. I am selling this car at this low price as unfortunately my circumstances have changed very recently and I need to be more liquid than I currently am. I will sorely miss this car as I pined after one for a while and spent considerable amounts (that are not reflected in the price) on it to make it into what I wanted. My loss is your gain.
