The Hawk GT has Honda's twin-spar aluminum frame and the Honda/elf France single-sided Pro-ARM rear suspension. It shared this technologically advance frame with its contemporary Honda VFR-750 and Honda's racer bike the RC30. Because of its strong yet lightweight frame these bikes are hard to find, most of them having been hacked and modified for racing. This 1989 Honda Hawk GT 647 / NT 650 standard sport bike is all original and unmodified. The bike is in great shape - it looks and rides great. If you are looking for a bike that all you need to do is gas it up and go for a great ride, this is it! I have owned it for 2 years and when I bought it I had the carburetors refurbished and all engine gaskets replaced at the Honda dealership. The bike starts right up when you thumb the starter. Tires are in excellent shape. The seat has a small tear in it, but is in good shape. Bike has been fitted with pig tails on the battery terminals for easy attachment of accessories and jumper cables.
