this is a 2004 saturn ion i purchased in sept of 2010. at that time it had 86,413 miles on it.i got it from the original owner from california and it was just brought here that month.it is absolutely rust free and the underneath of the car looks like brand new.in december the timing chain broke and broke the block.my mechanic informed me that the engine was shot.so he found me a used one that came from a car that was wrecked in the rear and had less than 14,000 original miles on it.it was basically brand new.so the engine was replaced along with the torque converter and transmission was drained and fluid changed.these repairs cost me almost 3000.00 the car now has 96,199 miles on it and runs like brand new and has no type of check engine light or abs light or service vehicle light etc.the interior is dirty and could use a really good detailing because the original owner had kids and they spilled things etc in it.however it is not all ripped or burnt from cigarettes.the rear rubber bumper cover has a minor crack in it and the bottom corner of the drivers side mirror has a piece missing (she probably bumped the drive thru window somewhere).also the lower grill piece in the front bumper is gone it broke over the winter so i removed it.that is all i know about the car i have taken many pics and even made a video where i walk around the car show you all details i have listed and start it and drive it so you can see.just click on this link to watch it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWn2u8ztLfc if you have any questions at all or want any pics of any certain area just e-mail me.thanks for looking.On May-09-11 at 20:48:07 PDT, seller added the following information: the reserve is less than it cost me just to replace the engine.On May-11-11 at 18:00:54 PDT, seller added the following information: its hard to see but the last picture if you look close and click on it was the receipt for the engine torque converter etc.On May-13-11 at 19:27:30 PDT, seller added the following information: i dont know what is wrong with the ebay site where the experian history report is supposed to come up but if you click right next to the vin number where it says See the full History Report it works fine also on the very top of the page it says This listing includes a full vehicle history report, courtesy of eBay Motors and AutoCheck by Experian if you click right next to that where it says See the report it also works just fine.
