This is a no reserve auction with a opening / starting bid of $1400 for 1995 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition 4 x 4 with the 6 cylinder 4.0 litter High Output engine and airconditioning. I'm selling the car for my very close friend so please ask all questions prior to auctions end as I will need time to get you answerers. The car was his sons and was used during his collage days but now that he has graduated and got a shinny new Mazda the Jeep needs to go ( they are the second owners as I understand it ). The car was just serviced with NEW: battery, plugs, air filter, oil filter, oil change, coolant changed and all fluids checked and topped off. The engine starts right up with no smoke and has no unusual noises. It runs smooth and holds good oil pressure and after an hour of running in the drive way the engine temp was well within the normal range ( see photo ). The car has absolutely no fluid leaks (dry as a bone under this car). I have only driven the car short distances but it did shift well through the gears with no scraping or noises from the transmission (2H, 4H and 4L) or rear end ( has a Summit rear end - I do have the original rear end if you want it ). All gauges, lights, directional's, wipers and stereo with CD work well. The tires are Cooper 33 x 12.5 R15 LT radials. The underbody looks good and I see no signs of abuse / damage. This is a great little car for the price. The car will need some body work at the drivers door frame and drivers seat redone but being it is a 4 x 4, has the 6 cylinder 4.0 litter High Output engine and has air I just don't see how anyone can go wrong at this price. Please understand that this a used car and imply nor do I express any warranties or guaranties and I'm not responsible for any items over looked. Also, I'm not a mechanic so my observations as it regards to the condition of the car are just that, my observations so please ask as many questions as you need to fully understand what you are buying.
