1940 Pontiac Convertible This car was originally a coupe that has been made into a convertible. However did the work did a really good job. When the doors were modified, they capped over where the window glass comes out, so the windows do not go up and down. This can be fixed if someone wanted to because window regulators are still there. Very solid body with no rust through except at the body of the right side door and the back of the rear fenders. I have other fenders that you can use to replace these fenders or use as patch panels that are included. I also have an extra grills that are included with the car. Missing many small parts such as: hood hinges, hood latch, interior parts, and many others. Leather seats and consoles are not mounted, just sitting in the car. They are two tone grey, and the front seats are full power. Body is mounted on a Chevy S-10 chassis with disc brakes up front, power steering, manual brakes which all works and is all new parts. Fresh rebuilt Pontiac big block with rebuilt 700R automatic transmission. Car has no radiator, but can be cranked and driven around the parking lot and on a trailer. Fuel cell and battery are mounted in trunk. Car has 14" Pontiac Rally wheels with new tires. It would not take much to finish this car. Radiator, windshield, and lights would get this car on the street. What work that has been done on the car has been done right. Where have you seen one of these cars before??
