My Wife and I had twins and now this car is not big enough for my family. This car actually has only 95,000 miles. I bought it from a guy that had it for 10 years and he bought it with 60k on it and very rarely drove it. It is originally a texas car, so it has absolutely no rust any where. There is no corrosion on the bolts under the car at all. The engine runs excellent. It doesn't smoke or burn any oil at all. I adjusted the valves recently and the camshaft had no wear at all. The turbo has recently been completely rebuit with a larger turbine installed. The exhaust manifold and turbo housing have been ceramic coated. The injectors have been rebuilt and new nozzles were installed that are the next size larger from stock. This car really runs good. There is a boost gauge installed and the boost is set at 13 psi. There is a K and N filter insert. The EGR system has been deleted and a block off plate made for manifold. The timing belt, tensioners and drive belts were all changed recently. The suspension has been completely redone. The control arms, tie rods, thrust arms, dog bones are all replaced with oem parts. There are HD Bilsteins with coil overs in the front. The springs are Ground Control Eibach 250 lbs 8" springs. The rear are stock spirings set on the lowest setting of the shock. Translates to the car being lowered about an inch from stock while still driving very smooth and not stiff at all. There are new Koni adjustable 22 / 19mm sway bars. The wheels are factory bmw 16" from a newer 5 series. I have an extra one for a spare. They have the proper hub centering rings installed to make them hub centric. The cloth interioir is in great shape. The passenger side front door panel has the normal shrinking of the fabric on the top front corner. There is a very small crack starting on the dash, but it is barely noticeable. The stereo has a cd player with aftermarket speakers front and rear with crossovers all in the stock locations. Very clean. The spare tire has never even been mounted in the car. The windows are tinted, the right rear door glass was changed at some point and was not retinted when it was installed. Everything works on the car except the cruise control. I installed a nice Saab 900 glass sunroof. I haven't installed the sliding panel yet. It will be included in the sale with the nice original sunroof panel to get the fabric from. I installed Factory european headlights and grilles. The cool parking lights work perfectly. There is only one dent in the whole car. Its in a pic and is in the left rear quarter. Barely noticeable and didn't chip the paint. The car has factory option mud flaps as well. I have owned several 524td's and this is by far the cleanest one I have owned and for that matter ever seen. I have replaced the original fuel lines with viton lined ones and have been running B99 for a while very sucessfully. It has the factory block heater plug. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country at a moments notice.
