Vehicle Detail
383 V8/747 Transmission. Odometer says 29,000. There is very little rust on this car (see pic below). Car is located in Los Angeles. Electronically Everything works, blinkers, wipers, lights high & low, power windows, power convertible top all work. (CONS) The trunk is missing the letter "C" from the CHRYSLER emblem. One of The passenger rear windows will not go down, there is a small tear in the top near the bottom. & the gas gage doesn't work. The Newport is originally from Kentucky. This Newport runs very strong, I do not know if the engine has been rebuilt. Since I purchased this car a 1 year ago, I have put the following items (NEW) Alternator, (NEW) PowerSteering pump, All (NEW) felpro gaskets ,including rear main seal. (NEW) DST cap, and all new plugs, & a new fuel filter. Comes with CD player in dash. The paint is about 5 years old according to the previous owner. The chrome is in very nice condition, with only minor pitting on the front of the grill. The body is very straight with no dents, or dings. There is a small scratch on the trunk of the car. The car has a new trunk mat, with original spare tire, and jack stand. The pictures show the car without the hubcaps on it, however I do I have all 4 original hubcaps that come with the car. The tires all (NEW), with maybe a few hundred miles on them, I also bought all brand (NEW LUG NUTS) for all 4 tires 10 left and 10 right chrome acorn lug nuts. The interior of the car has been reupholstered with a crushed velour blue in the front, and back and is in great condition. I was planning on keeping the Newport for a weekend cruiser, but my family is expanding and I have no time to enjoy the car anymore. Thanks for looking!
