You are bidding on a 1967 Series 1 XKE OTS that is ALL original. It has its original paint which is fading. I would not paint this Jag. I would leave it alone. The only things that have been replaced are the soft top and the four tires. Everything else is original. I have ALL the paper work which includes ALL the BOOKS (Warrenty coupon book,owners hand book, Worldwide Jaguar Dealers Book, Warreny Certificate,etc,etc.) It has it's original toll roll with ALL the original tools, ALL the large tools and ALL the service history which attests to its original 27k miles.it also has its original , from the Factory quart of paint. It has its British Heritage Trust Certificate (big deal) two JCNA Concour sheets for 2010 showing it scores of 99.30 and 99.40 in survivors class. No deducts for no-originality. You just can't find them like this anymore. She drives like a 28k mile E-Tpe should. She has been maticulously maintained and driven regularly in good weather.She has a Factory hard top. She is a joy to drive. If you like the glitzy overdone American restorations , move on, she is not for you. This is the apitomy of how these great cars were when new.
