1955 Plymouth Belvedere 2-door Hardtop V8-auto. Original, un-restored, except the entire front clip came from a parts car. This has kept indoors the last ten years. V8-259 with two barrel and Powerflite automatic transmission, manual steering, standard brakes. Engine runs great, sounds good, no unusual noises. It hadn't been run in years, so I changed the engine oil and filter, connected a small gas tank to the carb, and a battery to the coil, and it started right up! amazing. I've run it several hours now after fixing the radiator hoses and filling it with water. Automatic transmissi9on does not shift into gear, and the brakes don't work. The whole car obviously needs a thorough paint job, interior re-upholstery, and new wiring throughout. Very minor rust. Local delivery available out to 400 miles from Sacramento, and I'll help load it on your transporter. But don't count on it driving onto a transporter, the brakes don't work nor does the transmission. Questions?
