I have owned this car for 2 years and have put a ton of money into it and still can't get it right. Here are the details:Work done in the last 1000 miles: Timing belt, water pump, A/C compressor, receiver dryer, new stereo with MP3 CD player, CV boots, Tie Rod ends, rear window regulator, plastic rear window, battery, fuel pump, engine computer, ignition switch, and a few other things. A/C is dead again (needs evaporator), has no heat (would need heater core replaced), speedometer works intermittently, gas gauge stopped working after the fuel pump was replaced (probably just unplugged). Car is very difficult to start (wants to start but you really have to work the accelerator while cranking it to get the mixture just right to start). Car stalls at random times and is again difficult to start. Engine has an oil pressure problem. Oil light comes on during acceleration but goes out while driving. Tires are dry rotted but hold air. Transmission works fine but there is a slight delay with reverse engaging. Even though the back window was just replaced two years ago, the new window has discolored and started to crack. Top opens and closes but is low on hydraulic fluid so it takes a long time and sometimes needs a few attempts. I would add fluid if I could find the fill hole on the reservoir. The hood is starting to oxidize from being in the sun. Car is best for parts! $200 deposit at time of auction close. Balance due at pick up. Car must be picked up within 14 days of auction close.
