1982 VW Rabbit 4 Door 4-speed. Clear NC title. Garage kept. Just had it waxed Monday. Have the original service and owners manual. Comes with the custom VW rims. This car runs GREAT!!! Ive never seen a car that cranks any better than this one. It cranks faster than a gas car. Interior is all original and in great shape. No rips in the carpet or seats. The original rabbit floor mats are in it as well. All the lights work including hazzards. Put a new gas shock on the rear hatch, along with a new rear seal and the rubber pieces that hold the trunk cover up. Windshield wipers work. The original stereo works very well. No fuel or water leaks. The rear driver-side door does not open from the outside but is easily reached from the front door. Leaks oil once in awhile but what diesel doesn't? The air controls will turn on but will only do full blast on the defrost vents. It WILL switch between hot and cold. The switch on the dash turns the AC pump on, it will turn on but there's no freon in it. The speedometer works well but the odometer doesn't turn anymore. Says 157,800 but my guess is its about 200,000. Non smoker owned. Some surface rust, but no rusted through spots. Garage kept. I love this car but Id rather have a rabbit pickup so this has to go. I have a parts car WITH TITLE! also, its available to the buyer for an additional $500 on pickup. $500 is required at auction close, the rest will be on pickup. I will accept a check but IT HAS TO CLEAR BEFORE WE TRANSFER THE TITLE!
