1966 Ford Thunderbird Town Landau top. This Tbird has 58,994 original miles on it. I purposely did not power wash and shine it all up because I didnt want anyone thinking I was trying to distract or hide anything. Ill start with the mechanical parts.. The engine is clean and runs and there are no leaks as you can see. I believe it could use a tune up though as it idels up and down. The mufflers will need to be replaced. The vehicle drives and the transmission is very solid. I took it out and drove 60-65 mph for a 35 mile trip with no issues. The brakes were redone by the previous owner and work ok. The interior of this vehicle is very clean all the leather is in great condition and there are no cracks on the dash, All of the gadgets work on this vehicle including the power antenna, power locks, map lights, vent, switches, radio, windows, speedomoeter, dash guages, outside turn signal indicators inside adjustable side mirror... EVERYTHING. The A/C and heat work and the fan blows strong. This car has the electric drivers seat as you can see in the pictures. The outside of the vehicle as you can see will need rust repair. There is rust through the rear quarter panels and the passenger side rocker panel. There are also small rust spots on the fron passenger side fender. Otherwise, the rest of the outside is very clean and straight. All the chrome around the car is in good condition and I have a new replacement "Thunderbird" emblem for the rear passenger side that goes with the car. The black Landau top is in very good condition. I also have the two T-Bird emblems if you wanted to convert the Landau top into a painted hard top. The trunk is in good condition with a spare and jack and it has a few extra parts like filters and belts etc in it. The trunk opens and closes perfectly along with both doors and hood, they all line up very nice. All the key locks work great and it comes with the original keys. I also have the original owners manual and shop manual and misc paperwork. All in all for the price there is alot of potential in this car.
