Thanks for checking out my listing. Your looking at a classic 1976 mercedes 300D non turbo sedan. This car is not in very good condition currently, however it could be restored or be used as a parts car to restore another.This car comes equiped with sunroof, air conditioning, power windows, automatic transmission,and five cylinder non turbo engine.The engine runs very well,however transmission must be placed in low gear when you start off. Transmission will sometimes not do anything if you place in drive. If you start in low however then when car starts moving shift to drive it will shift through all gears properly.Most accessories still operate such as power windows, heater blower moter. ect. Vehicle was involved in rear end collision a number of years ago which caused me to stop driving it. It was my daily driver untill then. I slowly gathered parts to repair car which include rear bumper and trunk lid however time has passed and I no longer am able to spend time on it.These body parts are included with car. Rear floor area between front seats and rear bench seat is rotting out. I also started repairing this area but not complete.The exterior finish (paint) is not original. sometime before I took ownership someone clear coated over top of what is probobly the original paint. Asseen in photos clear coat is peeling and chipping badly.As seen in photos there is slight gouging in doors of car.This car also has a bad right rear tire . Tire has cut in side wall due to rear end collision. This car could be driven home possibly if spare tire could be put on and the only other issue would be questionable transmission.
