Up for auction is a rare Plymouth Volare Special Ordered Police Car. It is completely stock and unmolested.It served as a marked patrol unit the City of Oakland California. It was then transfered to the Oakland Fire Dept. The car is factory Tan (Yes Patrol units were Tan at this time) Original factory spotlight. It has the factory police certified speedometer/guages. It has the 318 motor, auto transmission big brakes and sway bar. I bought a radiator but have not installed it. The car still has holes from its originaly installed police equipment (lights , siren, radio inside and outside antennae) NOT INCLUDED Power steering, Power Brakes. Interior and exterior need to be restored Car runs but because the radiator is not installed will need to be towed. Car has dings dents but body is in good shape The inside floorboards appear solid as does the trunk. (it will need a trunk lid) Imagine restoring this car and bringing it to a show and parking next to the Camaro, Firebirds, Cudas. G.T.O....This car will turn heads !!
