This is a 1949 chevy deluxe. It has 123,000 original miles. The engine runs great. It has the original in line v6 in it , and it starts up right away. I was told by previous owner that the original color of the car was green because at the time of production, the war was going on, and all cars were green. He changed the color to a 1950's color type, because his father's car in the 1950's had a cream top and brown body. The car is originally from Tuscon Arizona, purchased in 1974. The price is negotiable to the best offer. I have been offered $6,000 for it, but I have already $2,000 just in mechanical work in to it and I purchased the car for 7,000. The reason I purchased this car was because my wifes friend begged me to buy it so that he could use the money to try to get out of foreclosure on his house. Its a beautiful car but I prefer muscle cars. I like speed and this is a cruiser. I am just looking for my money back, maybe i will have to take a loss, I hope not. The car is at the mechanics shop right now being put in the best working order. The mechanic told me it needs transmission work.
