Hi there! Thanks for looking at my 2002 Mercury Cougar XR7. This car runs and drives great and gets about 26 mpg's. It has a new transmission with about 35,000 miles on it, new clutch and pressure plate along with it. It shifts smoothly with no catches in any of the gears. It has a cold air intake, a Volo performance chip, and a performance muffler that gives it a nice raspy tone. Great tires with about 80-85% life left in them, on the stock rims that are in good condition. I just replaced the rear struts and sway bar bushings, I think the front bushings need done as well as there is a slight noise coming from them. Bushings are about $20 for the set and they are pretty easy to put in. It will also need new brakes, as these ones shake a little when coming down from highway speeds. The interior is in great shape, there is one small fray on the passenger seat, but no rips or tears anywhere! The passenger side window button doesnt always work, the window itself has no problem going up or down, it just takes some finess to make the button work. To my knowledge that is all that needs done to this car. Fresh oil and filter just done yesterday! It has a nice aftermarket CD player that comes in it as well. If the ending price is over $3500, I will include a nice kicker comp 12" sub with an eclipse amp as well, otherwise I will keep the sub +amp. Being that it is 9 years old, it has a few blemishes, but nothing too drastic or damaging, I have tried to picture every blemish that I could find.
