Up for auction is this 1953 Ford, I believe a stake truck. This body is in good shape for the year, would make a great fixer upper truck. This has a black cab, r/h passenger window is broke & taped, seat would need replaced has wear to it. The wood on the back is worn thru in spots, the engine pictured on the back does not come with the truck.The L/h drivers frt fender has some damage, below drivers door has some damage & rust, R/h frt fender has some rust coming thru not bad. The speedometer registers 35000 miles, I believe this is 135000 miles on it as the title registers 053000 miles. This has a 8 cylinder motor in it, I believe a 302 later model engine, not the original motor, this motor is set up. Has a standard transmission in it. The hood opens hard seems to stick, does open don't know if it needs greased or more work. The emblem on the center front is not on but we do have.
