THIS AUCTION IS FOR A 1996 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 Police Car that was recently used on “The Biggest Loser”. The car is currently painted purple with latex house paint, which washes off easily. The original car color is white. The car is being sold for parts/repair. This is a TRUE 9C1 Police issue Caprice Classic with the upgraded 300HP LT1 engine and 4L60E transmission, along with 4 wheel anti-lock brakes. The car has been stripped of the door panels and half of the rear seat and painted purple so it could be used on this season of “The Biggest Loser”. This would be great for your hot rod project – upgraded 300HP LT1 engine, 4l60E automatic transmission, 4 wheel anti-lock brakes, digital dash and A/C, along with the complete wiring harness or replace the starter, get it smogged and have one cool “Purple Barney” ride, as my kids call it. The rims will be changed out to classic caprice steel rims with chrome center caps. The new owner will assume responsibility for registering the car and getting it road worthy.
