We normally wholesale at dealer only auto auctions, (Manheim, Adesa, Brashers). Over the past several years these auctions have continued to raise both their buy and sell fees, so we decided to try eBay, as you can see from our history, this is our 4th eBay auction. This Mercedes is listed with NO RESERVE, it will be sold to the last bidder. We collect No additional fees at all (no doc fee, no title fee, no smog fee, no registration fee and for Non-Nevada residents no sales tax.) On sales made to Nevada residents, we are required to collect Nevada sales tax in the amount of 7.725 % of the selling price. Out of state buyers, please be aware that you will be required to pay fees when registering the car in your resident state. Because they will be your responsibility, you may want to check with DMV and get an estimate of what the fees will be, before you bid. If you have any questions please call 909-559-0868 This Mercedes has 161,750 miles, I have not yet received title on the vehicle, it should be in early this week. So other then the Autocheck report I have no other information concerning its history. The company that processed the sale, handles both lease back and repossessed vehicles, it most likely is one or the other, there is a slight chance it could be a new car store trade-in, We will not know until the title is in, sometime this week when we receive title I will post the particulars. I hope it’s not a repo, I would hate to see someone lose such a nice car. I have uploaded over a 100 hi-resolution photos, the photos reveal how well this car was taken care of, and it runs as well as it looks. It has the special edition AMG option along with an aftermarket Kenwood Excelon DDX 7015 sound-video system with rear facing camera that can be viewed while driving forward. As always we will disclose all known defects in red text. The rear tires are very worn with the drivers side rear tire down to the cord. The center wheel cap on the passenger front wheel is missing.The owners manual is missing.There is a dime size ding in the chrome molding around the passenger rear window (see photo close up), there is a superficial surface scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel above the wheel well. With the rest of the car being so nice it would probably be worth refinishing the wheels, but it certainly could wait. Everything else works perfectly, the front tires are almost new, the brakes are at about 50% and the A/C blows cold. The interior is in near perfect condition, the seats have super thick leather that looks new and permeates the rest of the vehicle with a strong leather oder. As always this is a NO RESERVE auction format sale, we will not cancel the sale or claim the vehicle is no longer available because it was sold somewhere else, it is only being offered for sale on eBay. Please, only bid if you have the available funds, as we do not offer financing. Also, please consider shipping, what may be a really good deal for someone locally may not be the case after shipping it across the country. The car is registered in CA. through sometime next month so there are no DMV penalties due. The winning bidder will be provided with a clear CA. Title and a 15 day temporary driving permit, included in the price. Payment is required within 3 days of auction closing. Accepted payment is either a bank wire transfer or cash.
