This is a 1979 450 SL that I bought about 2 years ago. It came from CA and has no rust at all. The paint looks like it is 90% ORIGINAL. The right side fender has a dent. The interior is in excellent shape, besides the door kick panel has a small 1 inch tear. The car has about 135,000 miles on it but the motor was rebuilt about 30,000 mile ago by a mercedes dealer which cost over $7,000. The car has both tops but the soft top has a small hole in it on the drivers side. The car runs and drives good. The only reason why I am selling this car is because I lost the storage space.
