This truck is part of an estate. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the truck. It belonged to my father. It was his pride and joy. We had it listed on e-bay last June. The reserve was not met. We have reduced the reserve to sell. I do know the following facts: - 302 Ford Motor - Power assist steering - Automatic transmission - Vintage Air, air conditioning that my father had installed - Custom bed cover. No snaps on body. The cover is elastic made to cover the bed if he was at a car show and it started to rain. He never drove the truck in the rain, this cover was just in case. He paid $20,000 for the truck when he bought it in 2005(?) The Vintage Air A/C was $3,500. On Apr-06-11 at 05:51:59 PDT, seller added the following information: My Mother found the original paperwork from when my father bought the truck. Below is the information provided to my Dad: IT HAS HAD A TOTAL FRAME-OFF RESTORATION. ALL PAINTING WAS DONE IN A PAINT BOOTH AND NOTHING PAINTED ON THE FAME. THE BODY COLOR IS DEEP JEWEL GREEN AND THE GRILL COLOR IS MISTY GREEN (BOTH COLORS ARE FROM A 1995 LINCOLN TOWN CAR) THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN ALMOST ENTIRELY DISASSEMBLED DOWN TO THE BOLTS AND RESTORED BACK TO SHOWROOM CONDITION. ONLY AUTHENIC FORD PARTS WERE USED, NO CHEAP PARTS. THE INTERIOR LOOKS MAGNIFICENT, CUSTOM COVERED WITH A GREEN AND BLACK TWEED. THIS SEAT IS THE ORIGINAL AND SITS LIKE NEW. THE HEADLINER COMPLETELY MATCHES THE DOOR PANELS, SEAT AND CARPET. THE CAB IS COMPLETELY INSULATED. THE TRUCK EVEN HAS THE ORIGINAL RADIO, WHICH HAS BEEN CONVETED TO AM/FM. IT ALSO FEATURES A TILT WHEEL AND VDO GAUGES. THE ENGINE IS A 302 V8 BORED 30 OVER AND 10 ON THE CRANK. OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE CRANE CAM MILE 289HEADS, MUSTANG HEADERS, FLOMASTER MUFFLERS WITH STAINLESS STEEL PIPES, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH AOD OVERDRIVE.(IT SAYS THAT THE TRUCK HAS LESS THEN 5,000 MILES ON IT. THIS WAS BEFORE MY FATHER PURCHASED THE TRUCK. MY FATHER DROVE IT TO LOCAL TRUCK SHOWS AND ON NICE DAYS WHEN HE COULD. HE DIDN'T PUT ALOT OF MILES ON THE TRUCK. ) IT HAS CONVERTED FRONT DISC BRAKES AND REAR DRUMS. IT HAS THE ORIGINAL STRAIGHT AXLE AND POWER STEERING WHICH WORKS AND DRIVES PERFECT. THE BED IS ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING WITH HONDURAS MAHOGANY BOARDS AND CHROME STRIPS. IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT WITH NO BLEMISHES. THE TAILGATE IS FROM A 1948 FORD. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS.
