2000 Acura TL w Nav Overall the car has been very good to me, I am the second owner of this vehicle and just purchased a newer Acura when the transmission started having problems. The Car is currently driveable, but needs a new transmission immeadiately. Whats wrong with the car that might not be visible from pictures - Clutch packs are worn out - needs a new or rebuilt transmission. Car drives fine at first, and then it has trouble finding the gear when shifting, and shifts hard when downshifting. Seems to drive fine once in gear. - SRS warning light is on, have not had diagnosed - when I go over a hard bumb something causes the vacume seal on the gas tank to indicate that the gas cap is loose (check engine light comes on solid - light is not on now). - the paint on the rear spoiler is flaking off - sun damage on trim between side windows - crack in fiberglass where front passenger side fog lamp would be (if it had fog lights) - some curb rash on rims - arm wrest on rear passenger door needs to be glued - CD player does not work (radio works fine) - general scratches and dings - I have two keys but only one key fob (key fob works, but not as well as used to, guessing needs new battery) Other than those issues the car is in good shape for its age and mileage. You do not need to tow the car, but would take it almost directly to get transmission work. Not interested in selling any parts off the car.
