Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
1. To bid on this item you must be a Registered eBay user.
2. You the bidder are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the automobile listed on this page. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase.
3. Buyers are responsible to pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via bank wire transfer, Pay Pal or cashier's check within three business days. Full payment must be received within seven business days from end of auction. The Car must be picked up within 14 days of the end of the Auction. On the 15th day a $10.00 per day storage fee will apply.
4. Buyers must contact seller within 24 hours of auctions end via email rehobothbeachmotorcars@hotmail.com, through the EBAY messaging system, or telephone at 302-227-2100. Otherwise, seller reserves the right to sell vehicle at seller's discretion.
5. All sales are subject to a $250 administrative fee and a $60.00 fee for a 60 day Temporary Tag.
6. Delaware residents pay 3.75% registration fee as well as Delaware State Title and Tag fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
7. We are a dealer and as such all vehicles are subject to prior sale. Once reserve (on a reserve auction) is reached we will consider the car sold and will allow the auction to run its course. At any time before reserve is met, it is subject to sale on our lot or through our website. Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and end the auction early without any liability to the seller.
8. No bid retractions allowed 24 hours prior to auction end. Please have all necessary information available to complete transaction.
9. The vehicles herein are pre-owned and they are sold as "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be under manufacturer's warranty or an after market warranty may be purchased. Please ask for more details.
10. We strongly encourage all buyers to have the vehicle checked out at authorized dealerships before he/she purchases it.
Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Bank wire transfer (preferred method), Cash (In Person), Certified Check, or 3rd-Party Financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Buyer must submit Proof of Insurance before a Temporary Tag is issued
Additional Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 302-227-2100 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Victory Motorcars has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Rehoboth Beach Motor Cars welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Rehoboth Beach Motor cars within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 10% deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end.Credit cards may only be used up $2500.00 of purchase. Balance is to be paid by wire transfer, certified bank check,or cashiers check If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
