Up for auction is a well taken care of, garage kept, 1964 Scout 80 that has most all her original parts. This has been my favorite car I've ever owned and I hate to let her go. I am the second owner and the truck has been garage kept by the previous owner of over 40 years as well. Paint job looks great, hard to believe truck is almost 50 years old. First owner told me he has never repainted. I've included pictures wherever I could find any chips in the paint or rust. Original owner is from Arizona, keeping rust to a minimum. Engine and everything runs great. During the four years I have owned the truck, I have replaced the clutch, starter and recently the master cylinder and put new tires on. Original owner added custom wheels, chrome bumpers and roll cage. Everything on the truck runs smooth. Tune ups and oil has been changed regularly. I purchased the truck with 98k miles and have only put about 8k miles on. Has been used primarily for weekend drives by both myself and the 1st owner. I've never taken the truck off-roading. Has never been in an accident. Original owner got rid of the doors and top, because he always had them off, only driving sunny days and didn't have storage for them in his garage. Living in Southern California, it didn't bother me, but doors and tops are around and can be picked up fairly cheap.
