If deposit is given and buyer does not follow through with the remaining payment transaction within 7 business days the deposit will be forfeited to the seller and will not be reimbursed. This is for the sellers protection of having possibly lost the sale of the vehicle due to another interested buyer having gone elsewhere due to sale circumstances. Buyer pays for all title and transfer fees. Cash, Personal Checks(cleared for 5 days), Bank certified check or money order are all acceptable payment options. Buyer is willing to consider bartering offers and bartering plus cash offers. I retain the right to sell the vehicle to a buyer from a source other than ebay while the auction is still going unless I receive a deposit from an ebay buyer. Buyer pays for pick up or shipment expenses including shipping insurance. If buyer wishes to ship, buyer must provide proof of shipping insurance in writing for the cost of the vehicle plus 15% of the sale price to be made payable to the seller if truck is damaged in route and not accepted by seller. Seller must approve and be named on shipping and shipping insurance documents. If buyer makes deposit and decides they do not want the truck even though it is as described in the listing the seller forfeits 25% of the deposit and must return the vehicle with no damage from in route shipping and must pay the cost of reverse shipping back to the seller. Seller retains the right to hold the $2,000 deposit until all fees and terms of sale are complete or all obligations of the terms of sale are complete.
