Up for sale is my 2000 Honda Interceptor VFR800F1 with just 19,628 miles. I bought the bike in July/2007 from a fellow bike enthusiast in Florida and put about 5,000 miles on it over the 3.5+ years I've owned it. He was very meticulous and replaced the pipe because it had a tiny ding. There is some scuffing on the side covers (close up photos are provided in the pic gallery). The scuffs were there when I purchased the bike. The previous owner said that he had tipped it on its side while parked (right side). The scuff on the (left side) was from parking the bike on hot asphalt. The kick stand poked through and the bike gently tipped. The only other spot that has any noticeable wear is on the seat cowl (passenger seat cover). It has a tiny nick (see pics). The bike is an absolute pleasure to ride. It's sporty, powerful, smooth, and pleasing to the eye. As mentioned above, the 16K service was performed at around 12K. That means you can perform next big recommended service @ 28K. I service the bike every Spring (Oil change, lube, fluids, etc). The bike has not been serviced yet this Spring. I will update the listing with the mileage from my last service when I find the receipt). If you decide to put an aftermarket exhaust on, you should replace the aftermarket K&N filter with a stock filter. The previous owner educated me on this and explained that you can alter either the air filter or exhaust with aftermarket, but not both because you can potentially burn out the valves. Also, the front tire is fitted with a 120/60 ZR 17. This slightly smaller aspect-ratio on the front yields better cornering performance. I just did a full cycle charge on the battery, took it around the block, and had second thoughts on whether I should sell it or not. Arrgh! Your reading this listing so I made up my mind.
