Please read the entire add before bidding on my Car!! You are bidding to (OWN) a 1955 Chevy Nomad wagon (NOT) to win a chanch to come look at the car!! You most definetly are welcome to come look before placing a bid. Vin reads VC55L 0718876.This Nomad came orange with a white top and white and black interior when new.This wagon has very little rust for being untouched and orginal. IT IS NOT RUST FREE! All glass is in very good shape. Front window should be replaced due to slight fogging at one lower side.Still very good for a driver or local show. Not good enough for point shows however. New side glass has been installed with factory Califorina green tint as came with when new.This is a factory L code car. From my home town of Newport Beach California. Still has the yearly beach parking pass form the 70s in front window corner. Rear cargo area might need to be replaced as a few small holes are in this section not real bad. Since this rear cargo area is very easy to buy in the after market world this might be the way to go. EachSide window channel is in perfect shape and not rusted out as most are with the slider windows.Under rear seat has a few small holes not a huge problem. Also has all 5 correct riveted 15 inch rims. Also have new door glass and windwing glass not installed due to rust being in the lower doors.This might be the only thing I would replace is the doors.Or at the very least they will need lower patch panels due to bubbles and some rust through at the very bottom. Rear Tailgate is very nice with no rust,just surface. Fenders are in mint shape and I do mean great shape. Quarters are in nice shape and need very little work. However they will need to be worked on. Not due to heavy rust but some slite dents and dings and minor rust if any. New era correct tires. Came factory with power steering and power seat and have all the stuff with the sale of the car and in good shape. Seat motor,switch, steering pump and Generator.Correct 3 speed trans. Sadly the motor is a early 327 4 barrell carb motor. Correct radiator with the right date code. Have all the interior door chrome and all the outer moldings. Doors, fenders (one will need to be fixed due to some clown breaking it in half) but I have the two pieces .Head light moldings are after market but will work just as good as OEM when finished. Side spears will need some nipples welded back on for mounting purposes as do the headlight trim. Easy fix!!!! Pics speek for themselves. Very high dollar car and all complete with the exception of rear bumper,Jack bace, Tail gate inner latch cover $30 chrome part on Ebay.Also the drive shaft has been miss placed but if I get a heads up I can include one after the sale is complete.Rear bumper was stolen. I can get a rear bumper core for $240 but it does not have the fender guards with it. Please call with any and all questions. Im sure in forgetting something.
