Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a: This is a ONE owner car. It is reflecting three owners due to name changes only! It was purchased new. There are NO liens on the vehicle. As you will see on the title, the one lien has long since been paid off and released. 2000 Dodge Neon. Color: Silver. 4 Door Automatic Transmission. 196172 mi at time of listing. The Good: 4 matching Kuhmo tires with good tread. Fog Lights. Good Spare tire with jack in the trunk. Lower mileage engine installed. Clear Title. The bad: This car was involved in a collision on the passenger side which bent the passenger door and fender. It also broke the passenger mirror. The doors open and close fine, The mirror was reattached and also works fine. This car was involved in a frontal collision which bent the hood, the drivers side fender and broke the lights, grille, radiator and power steering pump. The grille, headlights and power steering pump were replaced with parts from a salvage yard. The radiator was replaced with a new one. The check engine light is on with a code referring to the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid. No attempt has been made to repair this. It starts up and runs fine. When you take off from a stop there is sometimes a "shudder". Might be from that check engine light code. At highway speed it runs fine. The CD Player does not work. The front doors have weather stripping put around them as they use to leak from time to time and have for years from the seals wearing out. I do not remember which door leaked or if they still do. We believe in being honest about what were selling and you should be honest with yourself about what you are buying. Kelley Blue Book Value in FAIR condition is: $1595.00 in GOOD condition it is $2095.00 We would like $1750.00 cash because according to the Kelley Blue Book descriptions it is somewhere in between. You will be required to sign a statement of understanding you are getting the car AS-IS with no warranties. This is a private party sale just to free up some room in our driveway. More pictures are available upon request. The title is clear and the car still has valid tags and insurance. The Jekyll Pass (sticker on rear passenger door window), Thin Blue Line sticker and tags will be removed when the car is sold.
