Matching numbers P code 360 4Bbl, Auto, Factory Go Package, Ram Air cowl induction, Tic-Toc gauges, twin grip with 15” Rallye wheels and nice tires. Runs and drives good but hasn’t been on the road for over 4 years. Low original mileage. Ram air fiberglass cowl induction hood, air flapper and AMX grill is in great condition. Car is well optioned with A/C, tilt wheel and light group. A/C will need charging and testing. Originally had a white vinyl canopy roof but but was removed and now just painted white. This is a very rare car and could be a daily driver with a little work. All lights and gauges work. Floor pans have some rust and should be repaired or replaced. Frame and trunk is excellent and the body is very straight. Paint is about 5 years old but the quality in my opinion is only about a 6.5 on a 10 scale. Paint looks nice from 15 feet. Cylinder # 5 may have a bad lifter or lobe?? Exhaust valve doesn't seem to be opening. Engine sounds good overall and starts right up-no noises. Has a Holley double pumper carburetor. Another 1972 AMX without the Ram Air assembly sold for over 20K last week on ebay. My buy it now is a fair price for a complete Go-Pack Javelin AMX. Couple of things to note, Car will need a new plastic shifter handle cover as it is broken from age. Some rust damage at the bottom of dogleg on passenger fender behind rocker panel trim. A very solid car overall.
