Up for grabs is a 1969 Mustang Grande Coupe rolling chassis. This is a pretty rare car, being 1 of 1167 with this paint (Candyapple Red) and trim code and 1 of 629 with this engine and transmission combo. The car is highly optioned, with Vinyl Roof, side stripe, C6 Automatic transmission, console, power disc brakes, power steering with tilt, A/C, AM/FM radio and tinted glass all around. This is a Dearborn car made in early 1969. I purchased the car several years ago from a guy in Texas with plans of restoring it, but my plans changed. The car itself spent all of its time in the Oklahoma/Texas, which is why I bought it since it was surprising solid (frame rails, cowl). However, it still needs to be completely restored. Body Included on the rolling chassis is a rust free trunk lid, lower rear valance, two doors (driver’s is in good condition and passenger’s is in fair condition), two front fenders (usable ones off another car with some dents and minor rust in the lower sections) and an original shaker hood (not original to the car, but can be sold or traded for a flat hood or other parts). Drivetrain The motor is long gone, but the shock tower wrap arounds are present. I’m not sure if the rear is original to the car and I have not verified if it has the original center section. The car does have power disc brakes up front and drums in the back. The car does not come with comes with the set of steel-styled rims in the pictures. A good set of rollers will be provided instead to trailer it. Car Details The car retains its original buck tag, along with clean NJ title. I do not have the original door tag or the dash vin plate. I have the Ford CAC letter certifying the car, Ford Invoice and also the deluxe Marti report to guide you in the proper restoration. Bank to Bank Wire transfer is also accepted, no instant cash transfers. Certified checks must clear bank before car and title will be released. All shipping and transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. I'm willing to help the buyer load the car, etc. Car is sold as is with no written or implied warranties.
