1960 Austin Healey 3000 Mark I 2 Door Roadster BT7 VIN: HTB7L4463 Description- This car is in great shape, no rust and runs good. I have a NV title in hand. Engine- 289 Ford V-8 Transmission- C-5 (4 speed manual) Miles- New speedometer and gauges were installed so miles are not accurate. Low retail- $16,400, Average- $31,200, High $53,500 Story behind car- I bought this car in Illinois last year and had it shipped down to Las Vegas. This car belonged to a retired lawyer who owned it for about 30 years. He really loved it and as you can tell put a lot of time and love into restoring and care. He passed away about a year ago and his wife decided to sell the car. My father bought it and sent it down to me. The car was always garaged kept. It has new tires, great paint job, a new fuel tank, and just tuned up. I really love this car but I don’t have the room to keep it. I am also moving in about 6 months and have way too many toys and have to get rid of a few. So that is all the good things about the car now the bad. This is not the original engine and transmission. I do not have the top so you would need to purchase if you need one, I do have the windows for the doors so half the problem is solved (if that really is a problem, you would not be cool with the top up). The speedometer is not working and I cannot figure out why. I replaced the wheel cylinders on one of the wheels (was leaking and it did stop the leak) but I think the brakes are a little soft still. I have a new master cylinder for the car but I have not installed it so that comes with it. I think it might need a new battery too. Other than that everything important works (lights, wipers, horn, and turn signal). Thanks for taking a look, if you bid you will not be disappointed.
