This is a very nice bike that's been in my family for many many years. It belonged to my uncle and a needed hip replacement meant that he could no longer get on/off easily so it came to me last Fall. I've put very few miles/hours on it put what can I say....it's has all the quality of a 37 year old BMW! Starts easily, runs quietly, smooth and strong. Clutch, brakes, gears, lights, turn-signals, brakelights, tires, etc. are all as they should be. Nice paint...gas tank looks perfect. Nice leather set. The 2 side panels are held on by wire, Comes with wind shield and rear pack and 2 side packs which are in good shape, although sun faded. All the instrument panel works as they should. The chrome has some spots of light rust/pitting but nothing too severe. Buying as is with no implied warranty. May thanks. Please feel free to ask questions. On Mar-07-11 at 16:55:42 PST, seller added the following information: Hello All, I wanted to let everyone know that today I pulled the bike out of my cold garage and after sitting for about 6 months, one hour on the trickle charger, it started right up! Battery is strong. It needed to idle/warm-up for about 5 minutes then screaming down the road I went. I tightened the rear brake just slighly with the thumb tightner and a few drips of brake fluid came out of the overflow plug and onto the rim. This bike is ready to ride! To the lucky winner, I prefer full cash payment at pick-up. No real need for a deposit first unless pick-up will be over an extended period. Thanks for all of the interest!
