I have never had any mechanical problems with it what so ever. It runs and drives great! I have never placed any modifications on it at all. The only thing I have added was a K&N air filter and some racing springs. Everything else is stock. This car was origianlly bought in NV and then been in AZ since, so there is no rust on this car at all. I'll list the details of the car below. Lots of pictures! *Note the milage in picture may be a little higher (but not over 99,100 that's why I put 99k miles on the main ad) as I am still driving this daily, but parking it for good and putting it in the garage this weekend. Experian Free Autocheck - when I did a carfax report back when I bought it from the Chevy dealership back in 07, I was the second owner. I don't see how ebay reports 3 owners. Also there is no lien on the car. The emissions are good until June 2011 (It's passed every time I've taken it in) so I don't see why Ebay is posting these "i" on the car records. No accidents or collisions. The flames on the hood have faded a little, but I always park my car under a car port while at work and in the garage when at home. Most people didn't even know it had flames until they saw the white flame points, so it actually brings out the flames a little. There are some very small scratches around the car here and there, but nothing major like paint taken off scratches. There is a very small dent by the front driver side light, like someone had leaned on it, but nothing like a car backed up into it. The windows are all good. There is a very small rock chip on the front glass (I posted some pictures) but it is very small and has been there for over 3 years and always passes inspection. The drivers side window is a slow going up and down. I replaced the whole motor that moves the window up and down, but I think the window track may be off a little causing the slowness. The stock yellow goodyear tires have been removed due to wear and there are just plain tires on it now. The alloy rims are in good shape. I do have all of the accessories that were once on the vehicle like the emblems monte carlo, and SS that I will put in a box for the new owner. I also have blackouts for the rear lights that I will include. The car has racing springs on it that lowered the car about 2" all around. No lowering kits. Sunroof works, all lights work. This car look clean! No Rust underneath or anywhere on this car. Interior: The interior is all leather and in really good condition. Has dual electric front seats, heating seats for for both front seats, dash, carpet, cloth on top and back are all in really good condition with no rips, tears, or fading. There are no rips anywhere inside the cars interior. All of the dash clusters work perfectly, A/C, Heater, CD player, AM/FM radio, XM Radio (not activated), all work perfectly! The only flaw is on the drivers fron seat where the leather has some slight wear from normal day to day use. There is also some light stains on the rear seats passenger side where is is just kool aid, but I will get this removed before sold. Overall everything electronically works great! Engine: V6, Automatic, Just replaced spark plugs 5,000 miles ago, also just recleaned the K&N air filter with it's cleaning it. New Synthetic Oil Change with less than 50 miles. No rattles, no smoking, no noises from engine compartment when in idle or driving. Steering good, brakes good, alignment good. Really good condition for having 99k miles on it. I took really good care of this car and didn't ever race it or drive it out of control. * Even has the power cord to pre-heat the engine (for winter areas) Electronics: All electronics work great! The only issues are the driver window slowness, the traction control light will come on from time to time when turning cornors (when there's no rain). Locks, windows, stereo, dash cluster guage, all work great! This car will be officially parked this weekend in the garage. I am buying a new car and this Monte Carlo will be stored in the garage until the new owner picks it up or has it delivered. Lots of pictures below.
