2003 Ford F 150 FX 4 Off Road Runs Great - Rides Great The truck odometer has 217,000 we put the wrong miles on title when we titled it, Title says 221,320 We got this on a trade in with a bad motor we swaped the engine with one that has only 70,000 miles on it we also put in a new 4 wheel shift frok in frt. end (these are common to whear out) New: Rear Wheel bearings, Brakes, Emerg.
