1979 VW Super Bettle Convertible **CLEAR/CLEAN TITLE** **NO RESERVE** ***MILEAGE IS NOT CORRECT. ODOMETER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY....IT WORKS ONLY WHEN IT WANTS TOO** I purchased this Bug in 2001 and have used it as a daily driver since. I only drive 5 miles to work and once I get to work the car sits in a parking garage at the airport for 3-4 days at a time. The bug runs great and just had a tune-up by the same mechanic that I have used for the past 6 years in Redondo Beach, Ca. The only reason Im selling is that we are being relocated to Hawaii and we will only have one parking space in the building we are moving into. So here's what you need to know....... If I was going to keep the car some of the things on my wish list would be: Windshield (has a small chip) New rubber seal for windshield Antenna broken off Minor Body Rust Spots on Front Hood Rust Below Rear Trunk Lid Small paint chips all around Top could use a good scrubbing Odometer Does not Work Gas Gauge Does not Work Clock Does not Work Extra Misc parts included in trunk (whatever I can find in the garage as I pack) $500.00 deposit due within 48 hours via Paypal and remaining balance must be paid in full before vehicle is released or title signed over.
