Vehicle Detail

Very good condition considering it is over 40! It has had one owner since at least 1971 and it has been sitting in a garage since 1988. I purchased it at an estate sale and I have been going back and forth about restoring it. The car has never been wrecked, it comes with a clean california title. (Actually still has a pink slip) It was purchased here in Sacramento and has spent its whole life here. It has no body rust. The interior is original and the carpet and seatcovers need to be replaced. The engine is frozen from sitting. I was told that it was running when it was parked. I kind of tried to free it up but I wasn't successful. This car is an excellent candidate for a restoration or you can just get it running and use it for a really cool daily driver. Call (916) 220-6999Thank You. On Feb-22-11 at 05:19:20 PST, seller added the following information: I have been getting a great response and a lot of questions asking for more pictures. I will get some more detailed shots and post them soon. Keep checking back for more info as I learn and post more about this car. Thank you. On Feb-23-11 at 18:57:37 PST, seller added the following information: Ok, I finally made it back down to the warehouse to get some more pictures of the GT. So here are the pictures of the engine, the rockers on both sides, the wheels, the tail/back up light lenses. And some of the more serious scratches / dings. These should cover most of the questions that I have been getting. I will try to shoot the undercarriage in the next day or two. Note: the dark patches in the rocker pictures are road grime or tar, not rust. I did find a small spot of corrosion on the passenger door where the windwing pillar meets the door. See pic. (I'm told this is common) It is very minor. The brake master area has paint damage and corrosion that became visible when I cleaned away all of the grime around and under the master cylinder. Thanks again!
