What we have here folks is a '71 SL350. Great dual purpose, street legal bike. It is very origional with just under 9k on it. I gave her a good clean up but not a "restoration". It runs good, starts easily, and doesn't appear to be leaking. The origional paint is showing some snackling. There is a dent in the gastank. The seatcover is cracking.Chrome is a bit pitted . I have not put extensive miles on it personally but gave it a good rip through the neighborhood. Everything seems to work properly except horn button. The horn works but doesn't have a button. The lights[ head,tail and brake ] work properly. Comes with origional tool kit and service manual. Has california pink slip or Title. I have not transferred into my name. Believed last registered in California in 2001. It is suggested that tires be replaced as they are showing some cracking and fork seals should be renewed. It would be a great cantidate for a restoration as it is complete, running and very origional or can be ridden as is. These bikes make great street trackers and are very capable off road. Very fun to ride. I can assist in shipping but shipping is the sole responsibility of buyer.I can deliver within 100 miles for $1 per loaded mile or drop off at your preferred shipper if located in the local Los Angeles area.
