1962 Chevy Bel-Air Rat Rod Hot Rod Station Wagon Here is a cool old school hot rod station wagon. It features a 327 with coated headers, aluminum Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, HEI ignition, and a 600 CFM Edlebrock carb. Backed by a newly rebuilt TH-350 tranny, and a 10-bolt rear end with 3.55 gears. It has a custom built 3-link rear suspension, rebuilt front end, and new brakes all around. The air ride suspension was all professionally installed and has 4 Goodyear air bags, dual 430 Viar compressors, a 8 gallon tank, and 4 valves. It was all done with 1/2" line so the car goes up and down smooth and quick. I also put a new 120 amp alternator, a new aluminum radiator with two 1" cores, and a optima battery. The white wall tires are BF Goodrich Silvertown T/A's with a lot of life left on them, and new baby moon wheels. The interior was done a while ago but still looks pretty good. The paint job is a few years old and is not perfect because this car is a driver but it still looks great. The paint is a single stage medium satin blue (Not Primer) with a base/clear pearl white roof. This is a rust free California car, that runs and drives like a dream. This wagon has been featured in Kustom Magazine, it has been on a couple DVD's, and will also be in an episode of MTV's Thrillbillies. I drive this car everywhere in the summer and get tons of attention, I would not hesitate to drive it across the country. I will consider all trades, tell me what you have.
