My mechanic friend had done a head gasket job even though it did not need it. The woman that owned it sold it to them and decided not to put any more money into it.A great deal for me! It starts and runs great. Smooth straight 6 engine is the 4.0, the best one they had for the sixes.The paint had the usual clear coat oxidation issues, but the body is straight, so new paint would be easy.Tires look very good. The interior is nice in the back, but headliner is starting to fall in back, and front drivers seat leather is cracked.I am pointing out the negatives despite the great mechanical condition. Images tell all.The only other known issues are that they took the power seat module and the steering wheel module and sold them before I bought the car.Those of you non car people: This controls the steering wheel adjustment for tilt. It is just in a fixed normal position right now.The seat module is the same thing...sort of. It makes the seat go forward, back , tilt, up and down. Without them, they stay right where they are till you plug in new ones.. Everything else seems to work just fine. Ok, so the cosmetics are challenged but this is not a wrecked car.Sensational driving car!
