1982 BMW 320I. 2nd owner bought used in 1984 from Clark BMW in Bountiful UT. as low mile car. Was driven 18k miles a year to 105k miles, then stored 19 years. Car was driven just enough to keep in shape during storage time. Son too big to drive and daughter didnt like. Sold to me Jan 2011. I've driven 500-800 miles. I replaced cold start injector switch and charged A/C. This car was washed and waxed before I bought it. Never detailed! I've washed exrterior 2 times, once for the photos. I've never vacuumed. THIS IS A RARE FIND! *** PHOTOS TELL THE STORY*** $ 4000.00 minimum. This car was maintained by Clark BMW's leading Bmw mechanic at his home 27 yrs, not at dealership. ( I was a sales mngr @ Clarks in mid 1980's, I know the mechanic well, but not the 2nd owner). Car has a couple of tiny dings and couple minor scratches. Worst scratch in photo. Buffing and a little touch up will make this car like NEW! Left as found on purpouse! Strong clutch. Runs like new. Heater blower motor noisy at first, below 35 degrees temp, quiets when warm. Original sheeps worn on driver side. Original mats worn on driver side. Factory interior like near new car. Dash mat never used? Rear window louvers removed when adjusting motor quit. These were popular in 80's but rattled. Seldom seen today. Sunroof, after market air deflector never installed? Worn sheepskin seat covers still look cool, as do the original floor mats. ( Clark BMW in Bountiful now closed, Clark BMW in Murray Ut. still open). Fun to drive! Very classy older beemer. $ 4000 will buy this car right now, hope for more in auction. Thank you.
