FORGET THE BUY IT NOW, JUST BID ON THE CAR! If you are a legitimate E-bay member with a history and are the highest bidder, e-mail me and I will give you my phone number to call me. Ok, this is getting rediculous now! Another guy, probably the same guy, or group, registered with e-bay, and clicked buy it now, in the same day! And sent me the same form letter wanting me to accept their shipping money, and to pay the shippers. Someone clicked the buy it now, and sent me the same type of e-mail, That they want to send me the 1,500.00, and send me the shipping money as well. And as soon as it clears my bank, they want me to pay for the shipping. E-bay notified me that this is a typical form letter that scammers send, hoping that I will turn around and send the shipping cost from my account, and then days later, my bank will hold me responsible for the shipping cost that I forwarded to the shipper, which would probably be a ficticious shipping account. The guy who clicked buy it now on my car last week turned out to be a scam. He wanted me to accept payment for my car, and payment for shipping, and for me to pay for shipping the same day that it clears my bank. If anyone asks you to do that, it’s probably a scam. And sure enough within a few days, Ebay notified me that this person was not a registered member of Ebay, and considered it to be suspicious. He registered with Ebay, and bought my car in the same day, with no history of buying, or selling. So now I set up a pay pal account and anyone that wants to click buy it now, must pay an immediate deposit of $300.00 through pay pal, with the remaining balance paid in full within 3 days of the purchase, or closing of the auction. P.S My pay pal account may take 2-3 days to come online. If you do want to buy it now, and have an issue with pay pal accepting the payment, please e-mail me on my ebay mail, or on my hotmail account which is scdaytona1@hotmail.com. Now I am determined to sell this car one way, or the other. So, I will run the auction to the end for some one to buy it whole. In the mean time, if you need any parts like my mg has, E-Mail me and tell me what parts you are wanting. If my car doesn’t make the reserve at the end, I will contact you to sell you the parts that you are interested. Fenders, quarter panels, motor, transmission, just as examples. I will sell them for about 30% of aftermarket prices. This has a totally re-built motor, about 10,000 miles on it. Fresh head. Inside the block is clean, very clean. as you can see with the pics that I posted. This was a project car that I bought eleven years ago. I have several project cars, and I just dont have time for them all. Buy it for a good deal. The convertable top is in good condition, no tears. The trim stitching just above the drivers door may need to be re-stitched but minor. It does have some small rust spots here, and there, but really not that much, normal for its age. e-mail me for more details. For a car thats 38 years old, its in pretty good condition. Definately a classic. Engine, and Transmission is good when I put it in storage. But this is not a car that you are going to hop in, and drive cross country. Its been in storage for eleven years. Interior, Black, and Tan. A fuel consumption of 40.2 miles per imperial gallon, 33.5 mpg-US.
