1972 Honda CB

This is my CB750 I bought the bike about a year ago, ive done a little work to the bike and its needs a little more to be a great "driver" cafe style street bike. Again the bike is a CB750 ive stripped all the emblems and painted it anthracite grey. I put a set of drop bars, bar end mirrors,grips etc. It also has a custom solo style seat done on the stock pan and it was done really nicely. The bike also has the stock pipes which I understand are VERY desirable to early CB guys. I was offered 900 buck for the pipes as all the stock pipes would collect moisture because of the upswept design and they all rotted out. The bike is really solid and all the chrome and motor etc is nice and clean. The pics tell the story the paint is fresh the grips seat etc all very nice and the motor runs well, and over all the bike looks cool. This is what the bike needs before spring. first a battery, I havent run the bike in 6 or so months. So a fresh battery and a good cleaning. The biggest matter is that im tracking down a split wire either in the elec starter button or around the soloniod. So this is where the bike is. im gonna get back on the bike this week and prob track it down however this is what I can guarantee about this bike. The motor runs great with no unusual or unhealthy noise, Essentially the bike needs to be treated like its been in deep storage which it is I just never get to using it. This bike is a great example of an early big bore CB.
